Prof. Elaine Lynn-Ee Ho then explores how care practices in border areas affect citizenship vulnerabilities, considering local and global interactions. Gustaaf Houtman raises issues surrounding assemblage theory&#8217;s limitations and proposes a conference declaration for an inclusive Burma. Ei Thinzar discusses how post-2021 coup activism has fostered new educational and community spaces, highlighting emerging social structures.
